Thai Yoga Massage

Thai massage uses gentle pressure and stretching techniques to relax the whole body. This is an ancient healing practice that originated in India. It dates back to around 2,500–7,000 years ago.

The technique that Thai massage practitioners use is very different from what people in the West may be accustomed to. Unlike Swedish or shiatsu massage techniques, in which a person passively lies on a bed, the client lies on the floor and participates more actively in the massage.

Many people believe that the health benefits of Thai massage include lowering stress, boosting energy, and improving athletic performance.

Yoga Massages are offered in 30-min or 45-min sessions.

Private Lessons

With so many different types of yoga and an endless list of instructors, going through the process of trial and error can take quite some time. When you opt for private yoga lessons, you avoid that long and difficult process completely. That’s because you can choose exactly how your yoga class works.

You may also feel more comfortable in a private setting. When the rest of the class already knows what to do, you may be struggling to keep up. But with a private yoga instructor, you won’t be left behind. In fact, the class is all about YOU.
